This company has been selling elephant ears (fried dough covered in sugar and cinnamon) at the festival's "Junk Food Alley" since I was a young child. There are usually one or two other elephant ear vendors there, but Red Barn's are the best. I always buy one every time I go to the festival to photograph.

The Three Rivers Festival is a 10 day long festival held every year in July at Fort Wayne's Headwaters Park.
